Module 02 – Course Overview
This module explains how the course works so you can get the most out of it. First, the format. This is a fully self-paced online course. You can start it tonight, pause when life calls, and pick back up days or weeks later from any device — desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. Your progress is saved automatically as you go.
Total runtime is approximately four hours. The curriculum is broken into twenty two focused modules, plus a final exam. Each module ends with a few quick review questions — these are not graded and are purely for your own reinforcement, designed to surface the topic’s key points before you move on. If you bomb an early review question, that is a signal to re-read the module before advancing.
When you finish the final module, you will take the final exam. You must score eighty percent or higher to pass and unlock your certificate of completion. The certificate is what you actually submit to the Arizona Department of Public Safety when you apply for your permit, so do not skip or skim. The good news: you have unlimited module review, and the exam itself is open-book. We want you to walk away knowing the material — not just passing a test.
